Retreat inquiry forms may ask for your name, email address, phone number, retreat or room preference, group size, preferred dates, duration, event or costume preferences, and the details you choose to include in your message.

Newsletter signups may include your name and email address, along with the page where you signed up.

We use this information to respond to questions, discuss and plan retreats, and send the updates you request. Inquiry and newsletter records are stored so we can follow up.

When a form is submitted, the site may send an email notification containing the submitted details to the Where We Become inbox.

The website and its database are hosted through Replit. Email notifications are sent through the connected Gmail service. These providers process information as needed to operate the site and deliver notifications.

We do not sell the information you provide through the website.

Essential browser storage remembers your cookie choices. If you opt in to analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and campaign sources. Meta Pixel marketing tracking loads only if you opt in to marketing.

When you successfully submit a retreat application or newsletter signup, analytics may record a lead event with the form name and page path. Your name, email address, phone number, room preference, and message are not sent in that event.

You can accept all optional tracking, reject it, or customize analytics and marketing separately. Reopen your choices using Cookie settings in the footer.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, or to stop sending you updates. Contact us using the email address below.

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records. We review this notice when our data practices change.
